Shipping & Returns



We offer free shipping to the United States & Canada on orders over $100 CAD. For international shipping please contact us.

Please see individual product descriptions for lead times prior to shipping. Products with no lead time will ship within 3-5 business days. Most items take 2-10 days to arrive after shipping. If you need items to arrive in a certain amount of time please contact us for further information.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt for return, store credit, or exchange. If the product you have received is defective or damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Goods soiled or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. All returns must have a return authorization. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us first for further instructions.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, we will not refund any postage costs.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



To return your product, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item with a value of over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order.
